In a world that is constantly changing, we believe children need more than early academics. They need confidence, independence, and the ability to express themselves. Aster was founded to provide a learning environment where these qualities are intentionally nurtured from the very beginning.
Founder’s Message
Aster’s Founder Director, Falak Shaikhani, is an educationist, entrepreneur, and visionary leader passionate about transforming education through meaningful and future-focused learning. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and has professional experience working with globally renowned organizations including Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and Deloitte. She has also pursued specialized training in education and leadership through programs associated with Harvard University and Finland’s globally recognized education system, while regularly attending international education conferences around the world.
Her vision is to transform the world through leadership that uplifts humanity.

As a mother and educator, I have always believed that the early years are deeply important. When children grow in environments where they feel safe, respected, inspired, and heard, they develop confidence, resilience, curiosity, and a genuine love for learning.
Our vision is to create meaningful learning experiences that nurture the whole child — intellectually, emotionally, socially, and morally. Inspired by progressive educational approaches including Montessori, Reggio Emilia, inquiry-based learning, and social-emotional development, we encourage children to learn through exploration, creativity, collaboration, and real-world experiences.
At Aster, learning extends beyond classroom walls. We aim to raise future-ready learners who think independently, lead with empathy, remain grounded in their values, and contribute positively to their communities and the world around them.
We also believe education is strongest when schools and families work together with a shared vision for the child. Together, we can nurture a generation that is not only successful, but also kind, conscious, resilient, and impactful.
